Conditions are set to remain cold throughout the coming week with a continuation of snow and ice.
The snow from the last few days, remains hard packed, now as ice over much of Lanarkshire as this snowy scene over High Blantyre shows.
The weather forecast is for more of the same throughout the coming week with a possible return to snow showers by next weekend. The roads are quieter given the current lockdown, but conditions are very icy, so if you’re out and about on the roads, please slow down.
