Cooped up in lockdown? Tired of not seeing the rest of the country? Well things are about to change.
From tomorrow Monday 26th April 2021, travel distance limits will be lifted in Scotland and people will be able to stay away from their local authority overnight once again.
We could all do with an overnighter and change of scenery elsewhere, especially when the weather is this fine. Tourist accommodation like hotels, hostels and guest houses will be allowed to reopen meaning stays away are once again possible.
Self-catering accommodations are to be restricted in line with rules on indoor gathering, with things set to improve further on 17th May 2021. Happy days!
