It may be October but unseasonably warm weather is still hanging around in Scotland.
Thursday and Friday this week sees temperatures rise to a lofty 17 or 18 degrees though rain is still in the forecast. As the school holiday week approaches, you may still have to give that lawn a final cut with the grass still growing and trees holding on to their leaves a little longer this year.
Friday will remain largely cloud in the north with further outbreaks of rain throughout the week.
