It is with sadness we heard about the passing of local woman, Agnes Tait who passed away on the 12th of April. She was 89 and had been battling vascular dementia for the last couple of years.
She was a well known Blantyre women and her passing was peaceful with family by her side.
Daughter Kim told us, “We would like to thank the doctor’s and nurses for their support and help. She was a remarkable women, she was a strong women and fought to the end. Lots of Kim, Karen and Gary.”
The funeral will be held on Saturday the 30th of April at the Blantyre Crematorium at 10.00am. Then onwards to the Blantyre cemetery and then the purvey at the Village Bar on Station Road, Blantyre.
