The ‘Sporting Memories’ group recently had the pleasure of attending Hampden Park for a book launch.
The group, which meets on a Wednesday evening at Livingstone Memorial Church on Glasgow Road, Blantyre had an excursion to the launch of John Bleasdale’s book about Scotland’s Swedish adventure, the story of Scotland’s team during Euro92.
Group member Iain McMillan told us, “Our group meets in Livingstone Memorial Church Hall every 2nd Wednesday. We’re part of the sporting memories network who support people with dementia.
