Blantyre lassie, Bailey McManus is on track to raise a phenomenal amount for the Little Princess Trust.
The kind hearted 10 year old from Westcraigs, High Blantyre has been growing her hair for a long, long time but decided recently she wanted to cut it to help raise funds for a very worthwhile charity.
Little Princess Trust is a charity that provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer
Last weekend saw the big day arrive when her long locks got cut.
Her mother Joanne told Blantyre Telegraph, “We set up get Just Giving page on Friday night and she has so far raised £630 to donate as well as 6 ponytails measuring 18 inches each”
Congratulations Bailey. We love your cool new look and how amazing to see Blantyre youngsters kindly thinking of others. Well done!
