Darker nights are coming as clocks go back this weekend.
Clocks will change at 2am on Sunday 30th October meaning an extra hour in bed.
Currently, the UK is operating on British Summer Time (BST), giving us more daylight in the evening, but when the clocks go back, we’ll return to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). And while the clocks on your smartphone and laptop will update automatically, analog clocks and other digital clocks, like the ones in your car and oven, may need to be manually updated.
