Local women, Gail Duncan and her sister Stacey are taking part in a sponsored walk from the gates of Ibrox Stadium to the Stonefield Tavern in Blantyre.
The siblings are part of a larger group which will include some Rangers Football Club legends as well as staff and regulars of the pub. They sisters have formed their own fundraising team and trying to raise as much money as possible for the ‘Emmie Smillie Foundation’, a cancer focused charity.
The event takes place on Saturday 11th February 2023.
Gail told Blantyre Telegraph, “My sister and I are hoping to raise as much as we can to contribute to this great cause all and any donations of sponsor would be greatly appreciated x”
