Here’s a great story! One enterprising young Blantyre lassie has started up her own business. But there’s one thing remarkable about this, Amy Williamson is just 10 years old!
After lots of friends asked Amy where she got her cute jewellery, the young entrepreneur realised she could make and sell popular jewellery at an affordable price for other kids. And so her “Such a Charm” business was created.
Based in High Blantyre, Amy would love for her business page to grow, (the page being managed by her mother Cheryl given Amy’s age). All other aspects of the business are run by Amy, including what charms she chooses, making and selling the items, with most costing only £2.00 to £2.50, including the cute packaging each item comes in.
Remarkably, Amy paid for all the stock and equipment to get started by herself, after filing a pilot (not out yet) and used her payment to start the business.
For affordable kids jewellery, great for gifts and party favours, please lend your support by following her business page here, https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100089314167110 where orders can be placed.
If Amy or her mum would like to get in touch, there’s £30 sitting here at Blantyre Telegraph for Amy to help grow her business.
What Amy has achieved is astounding for her age, so let’s give her page a wee boost locally and help grow her business! Well done!
