A break in at Calderside Nursery Centre at Boswell Drive, Blantyre which resulted in vandalism, has left staff and children shocked and disappointed.
A staff member told Blantyre Telegraph today, “We have arrived at the centre today, Monday 15th May to once again find our outdoor play sheds in the teddy bear garden have been vandalised.”
“All windows have been broken out of our 3 sheds and the door locks deliberately burst open.”
She continued, “As a result children will not be able to use our outdoor area for a few days as we clear up the mess to make it safe for learning. We would appreciate if you could make the community aware. Our staff team are devastated for the children and our community.”
How horrible it is to see any sort of mindless vandalism which prevents the fun of youngsters and impacts the hard working people who care for them. Disgustingly senseless and shamefully idiotic.
