Blantyre Volunteer Ltd are looking for drivers.
They told us, “We are urgently recruiting for new volunteer drivers, to support our Community Transport Organisation which operates from our base in Blantyre and covers most of Lanarkshire.
We provide transport to a wide range of community groups and organisations including those working with the disabled, elderly, young people and other vulnerable groups.
If you enjoy driving and meeting people, are aged between 25 and 70 with a full driving licence (D1 preferred) and are able to commit to a few hours per week to help people in your community, this could be the opportunity for you
Travel expenses will be reimbursed, Minibus Driver Training provided (where appropriate), Disclosure Scotland Checks will be paid by us
