A weather alert goes out for early morning tomorrow, Tuesday 16th January for ice and snow throughout much of Scotland, including Lanarkshire.
According to the Met Office, snow showers will roll in from the south west , even to low areas of Central Scotland. It could see some accumulation and making driving conditions difficult particularly around rush hour. Temperatures will remain below freezing tonight and into tomorrow.
