The Tiny Toddlers Group in Blantyre has received a huge funding boost thanks to South Lanarkshire Council.
The Coatshill based group received £2,500 from a recent participatory budgeting exercise. Tiny Tots Toddlers group for children up to 5 years old, provides a friendly opportunities for parents and carers who can meet and let their children play and socialise.
Group co-ordinator, Lesley Douglas welcomed the funding, adding: “This funding will allow us to expand our provision to two days per week, allowing up to 70 Coatshill families with children under five years to attend. During the sessions children will learn, play and have access to healthy snacks.”
