Blantyre’s Festive lights will be quietly and remotely switched on this weekend. Around the same time, other towns are switching on their lights, with a bit more of a show! Lanark festive light switch on takes place this Saturday (16 November) with the lights being switched on at 5pm.
If you’re looking for a festive, cheery afternoon, Mac*Busted – the UK’s Official Number 1 Tribute to Mcfly and Busted – will be performing along with the Soundsational Choir.
Des Clarke from Heart FM will be hosting the event. We’ll be posting in advance when other nearby towns and villages have their switch on events.
