Wendy’s, the Worlds third largest fast-food chain, has submitted an application to Glasgow City Council to open its first location in Scotland at 139 Sauchiehall Street.
A total of nine planning documents have been filed, detailing proposals such as adding Wendy’s signage to the entrance doors of the B-listed building and installing a 70-inch Samsung display screen behind the current window.
The application paves the way for American firm, Wendy’s expansion in other places in the UK.
