Supporting Chris Skelton!

This Saturday, November 30th, Chris Skelton will be running an incredible 63 miles from Crianlarich to Blantyre, finishing at the Parkville Hotel. His goal? To complete this epic challenge in just 14 to 16 hours — all in one go!

November 30th marks the last day of Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, and Chris is determined to raise awareness for this important cause. He’s supporting Men With Issues, a local men’s mental health peer support group, to highlight the challenges men face and to raise vital funds.

“Men’s mental health is something I’ve personally struggled with over the years, and I’m passionate about helping others,” Chris told Blantyre Telegraph.

Since struggling with his own mental health back in 2022, Chris has completed two half marathons, two full marathons, a 33-mile ultramarathon, and dedicated countless hours to self-improvement. This year, he’s also began therapy, something he avoided for years.

His journey is a powerful reminder that no one has to face mental health struggles alone.

Show your support for Chris, the men in your life, and mental health awareness! 💙 Every step counts in reducing the stigma around men’s mental health. Wishing him the very best of luck this Saturday.
