The roadworks at Main Street, High Blantyre remain in place, with temporary lights down to 1 lane.
Queues are forming at peak times, and at one point today, the lights were stuck on red. Though sorted now, it’s still slow along both directions on Main Street.
Our photo taken at sunrise this morning is a reminder that with cars parked at either side of the road, it’s easy to miss people in between the cars. Take care. Slow down at these roadworks. They may still be there for a few more days.
