There’s a wind weather warning this weekend which is unfortunately affecting outdoor events. The latest event to be cancelled is the much anticipated Bothwell Christmas Market.
SHS Events were due to host their Christmas Market at the Bothwell Bridge Hotel this Saturday 21st December but organisers have now posted a statement online. “We are so gutted to be saying this….
Unfortunately due to Saturday’s weather warning that has been put in place, with forecasted gusts of up to 60mph we have had to take the hard decision to cancel Bothwell Christmas Market.”
“We appreciate all the support we have been given in the run up to this event and look forward to seeing you all in 2025 when we are able to launch this fabulous market in the heart of Bothwell.”
