Let’s face it, locally, today, it’s all about LIDL!
The much anticipated opening of Blantyre’s latest supermarket is here, with doors opening this morning, Thursday 13th February at 8am. The ribbon was cut proudly by a local girl and there was representation from kids football teams. (more on that later with the official press release). Some people had been there since just after 5am!
Meantime, here’s a first look inside including the new bakery and food to go sections. Shelves are fully stocked, food absolutely in date, and prices look decent.
