What an experience was had by the Blantyre Vics Whites yesterday morning!
Blantyre Vics Whites youngsters were kindly invited to the opening of the fantastic newly built Lidl in Blantyre. Not only were they part of the opening on Thursday 13th February, but the store also gave an extremely generous donation of £1,000 to the team!
It was a fantastic gesture giving back to the community, before a customer had even passed through the door! A spokesperson for Vics said, “This is more than appreciated and will go a long way in helping to pay for equipment and kit. We can’t Thank them enough!”
Well done to all the parents who organised the kids along so early and all before school!
