Well done to all the local schools who took part in the South Lanarkshire Dance Festival earlier tonight, Wednesday 7th May.
The South Lanarkshire Dance Festival is an annual event that celebrates dance across the region. It brings together local dance schools, community groups, and performers of all ages to showcase a variety of dance styles, including ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, and traditional Scottish dances. The festival aims to promote physical activity, creativity, and community engagement through dance.
The kids did brilliantly, putting on a show, as can be seen from these photos from High Blantyre Primary and Auchinraith Primary.
