** Midday UPDATE – Ava and her friend have now been found safe and well **
Original post – An update this morning on the missing East Kilbride schoolgirl. Ava (13) is unfortunately STILL MISSING and has not come home last night. Her family are naturally very worried and with concerns rising she may have travelled further afield, we’re appealing to all our readers to please SHARE this post.
Ava left school yesterday Wednesday 7th May at lunchtime and was seen near the ice rink in East Kilbride. She is wearing a black leather jacket and black leggings. A school shirt, white socks and black shoes. No bag. There were possible sightings of her in Hamilton area and she may be with another girl.
Anyone who works on trains or buses even taxis please can you check CCTV, as any information or a new, reliable sighting will greatly help.
We hope Ava gets in touch with her family or found safe soon.
