We were saddened to read his news today, which touched many lives in Scotland and beyond. Children’s TV presenter Glen Michael has sadly died aged 99.
His family said he passed away peacefully at his home in South Ayrshire after a short illness. Many people will remember Glen hosting his Cartoon Cavalcade for nearly three decades on STV, beginning in 1966 and running until December 1992, cementing his place as a popular, respected TV presenter. Our thoughts are with his family.
