Now here’s a story that we’d like to see end happily. This little cat has had quite an adventure but we’re seeking to find the owner.
The cat jumped out of the engine of a minibus that had arrived back in the Parks of Hamilton depot in Blantyre on July 7th. Incredibly the minibus had just completed a 400 mile trip from the south of England from South Mimms services in Hertfordshire, stopping at Norton Canes and Lancaster services.
After hanging around the depot for a few days as enquiries were made, the female cat was taken to the Cats Protection Scotland’s centre, where it was discovered she isn’t microchipped.
Hopefully the cats owner will recognise her. Please share. Note, according to the charity, photographic evidence is required to claim a cat back.
