Scottish Power Energy Networks will be working beyond the West End at Glasgow Road next week, with roadworks due to take up to 40 days.
Setting up on Monday 21st July 2025, the utility company is installing a new 11KV cable at the A724 Glasgow Road, from approx the end of Annfield Gardens (Priory Bridge Estate) to the start of Hamilton Road, as if heading towards Halfway.
Drivers may be impacted by temporary lights and restricted lanes.
