The Met Office has warned that unseasonably strong winds and rain is heading towards Scotland this Monday.
The approaching weather front is expected to hit the UK after the weekend bringing with it strong gales and heavy rain, especially to the western isles and west coast of Scotland. The Met Office has named the weather front ‘Storm Floris’.
However, things are rapidly expected to be much calmer after Monday when the storm quickly moves off to the north east.
