On Sunday 24th August, four of the Bluebird Care Lanarkshire team members were lifted 100ft into the air before zipping more than 1,000ft across the River Clyde at speeds of up to 100mph!
This thrilling challenge was all in aid of Alzheimer Scotland, raising funds and awareness to support people living with dementia and their families here in our community.
They told Blantyre Telegraph, “We’re so proud of our team’s courage and commitment. Every donation, big or small, helps us make a real difference. If you’d like to support, please visit our JustGiving page: https://www.justgiving.com/page/bluebird-care-lanarkshire-2?utm_medium=FR&utm_source=CL
Together, we can make sure no one faces dementia alone.”
