Blantyre Hillwalking Club’s next bus outing of the new season will be to Keswick in the Lake District, leaving Blantyre at 8am on Saturday 13th September. This is open to members and newcomers alike and costs £20 payable on the bus.
A change of clothes etc can be left on the bus for your return.
Possible hill options:
Blencathra (possibly including Sharp Edge if it’s dry); Skiddaw by various routes; Grisedale Pike & Crag Hill (the Coledale circuit).
Plenty of other options available. Feel free to suggest a route.
Low level: there is a network of paths around the Keswick area, so plenty of options.
