Last night, the 3rd Blantyre Scouts were out and about in Blantyre. Instead of their usual venue at High Blantyre Hall, they had a unique experience by visiting Bardykes Farm.
The scouts had an exciting visit from a hot air balloon pilot who set up a hot air balloon in the back field near the Calder. The Scouts learned all about how hot air balloons work, fly and land. The explorer scouts also helped set up and pack the balloon away.
