Any lingering cloud will clear to the east through the morning leaving plenty of wintry sunshine and a few isolated patches of cloud. Winds will also gradually pick up as the day progresses.
Outlook for Saturday to Monday
Saturday is expected to be a windy day with mostly cloudy skies and an area of heavy, blustery rain moving in from the west. Strong gusts in places. Sunday looks to remain unsettled and windy with variable cloud and occasional outbreaks of rain but there may be some drier and brighter interludes too. Partly cloudy with some scattered showers on Monday.
