A 19-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a fire at a block of flats in Coatbridge.
The fire on Calder Street was reported to Police around 6.50am on Friday, 19 December, 2025.
Emergency services attended and three people were treated for smoke inhalation at the scene.
The 19-year-old man is due to appear at Airdrie Sheriff Court on Monday, 22 December, 2025.
Detective Inspector Gary Smillie said: “I would like to thank all residents for their cooperation and the local community for their patience during disruption.”
