Announcing the sad passing of local woman, and mother of 8, Isabel Gallacher. She was 89 years of age and passed in Douglas View Care Home on Saturday 7th February 2026 after a brief illness.
For those wishing to pay their respects, Isabels funeral will take place at South Lanarkshire Crematorium on Monday 2nd March at 10am and thereafter at Blantyre Miners Welfare.
She will be sadly missed by all her family.
