Weather outlook for Friday and the weekend and at LAST….here comes the sun!
Friday morning forecast for Lanarkshire will see patchy fog slowly clearing from the hills. The rest of the day will continue with a mix of sunny spells and cloudy periods but lengthier sunny spells will develop in the afternoon into a most pleasant, mild, sunny day! In fact it could be Central Belt’s warmest day of the year up to possibly 16 degrees.
Outlook for Saturday to Monday
A cloudy and murky start on Saturday with areas of dense fog around. Becoming increasingly bright through the day. Sunday is expected to be a breezier and generally cloudy day with rain unfortunately moving in through the afternoon. A chance of some late brightness as clouds clear in the evening. Turning cloudy again on Monday. A few spells of rain will arrive by the end of the day.
The message? Make the most of Friday’s great weather!
