Work continues at Hamilton Road, on the way down into Blantyre as Scottish Energy Networks continue with the laying of new 33kv cable.
SP Energy Networks set up on 28th May with temporary traffic lights near the first entrance to Greenhall Park. Some minor disruption and queues are to be expected especially around rush hour commutes.
Work is expected to be finished by 9th June, earlier if possible.
