After a decade of partnership, Sainsbury’s has agreed to sell all 664 Argos stores.
People have become used to seeing many of the Argos within Sainsburys stores in the UK, and that will continue for now. As Sainbury’s move to protect their core food business, the £120m deal will see ownership of Argos transfer to Swift Partners, a brand new company created to manage Argos.
Argos jobs will be protected.
