Women’s Self Defence classes coming to Blantyre

Women in Blantyre are being invited to take part in a self defence course this October, designed to build confidence, awareness and practical skills. Just for a couple of hours each week.

Based on a German police concept, the sessions will focus on setting boundaries, body language, de-escalation and self-assertion, with techniques tested through realistic scenarios. The course will be led by a female instructor.
