Blantyre Farm Road – Open
Commuters should be pleased this week with the announcement that Blantyre Farm Road is once again fully open today! Roadworks are complete and removed slightly ahead of next week’s intended finish date. Its been misery the last 7 weeks for Commuters having to take diversions, so this good news will see some normality return.

Traffic Lights Out
Please take care on Hillhouse Road at the junction to the Technology Park at High Blantyre. The traffic lights are at the T junction beside Priestfield Cemetery and cars going through “taking their chances”. These lights have been “on and off” all this week, clearly with some sort of intermittent problem.
