Breaking News>>> Customers of the Royal Bank of Scotland today face having cards declined and bills not paid on time after a major technical glitch affected owner Natwest’s computers. Earlier this morning, more than 600,000 bank account payments went missing after the problem arose, resulting in some payments being missed today and others having their cards rejected.
RBOS spokesperson commented, “We are working to get this resolved as quickly as possible and apologise to customers for the inconvenience caused. No customers will be left out of pocket as a result of this issue.”
