A woman saw an intruder in her back garden last night in Coatshill.
This follows a similar incident the night before in a nearby area. This time, on evening of Sunday 24 March 2019, a female resident of Devondale Avenue, Coatshill was concerned by her dog suddenly “going nuts”, barking. She went to her back window and just as her neighbours light came on, it illuminated her back garden enough to see somebody vaulting over the back fence and away.
It happened around 10.30pm and the intruder was male, completely dressed in dark clothing.
Please do look out for each other in dark hours, ensure your doors are locked and look for unusual signs of disturbances, like things being moved, tampered with or left open.
