Children all over Blantyre have been thrilled this week to plant their very own sunflower kits, handed out to local primary schools and nurseries by Environmental Group, Bonnie Blantyre.
Bonnie Blantyre has ensured every child in 5 local primary schools and nurseries have a kit so they can grow their own flowers this year. The popular competition has been well received with eager kids longingly looking at their pots.
Laura McMullen told us, “This year the sunflower competition is definitely ON in this house!”
