Attention Market Vendors! Market Stall pitch bookings are now OPEN for booking this years Summer Gala Weekend. If YOU would like a Market Pitch at the Summer Gala on Saturday 15th June 2019 (11am-10pm) and/or Sunday 16th June (11am-5pm), you can now book using Blantyre Community Committee’s automated booking process.
Pitches offered are £30 for Saturday only, £24 for Sunday only or for best value….just £40 if you want to trade both days! All pitches and are 3m x 3m.
As before, to protect against inclement weather, the market is hosted inside large marquees with the option to be outside if you want or if the weather happens to be great! The Blantyre Community Committee (BCC) will provide a floor inside the covered large marquees to keep your feet dry and take away all the hassle of you carrying equipment, by providing binbags, 1nr x 6 foot folding table and 1 x chair per pitch too! The large marquee will be warm with covered sides and heated. Power will be available for any stallholders who require it.
The marquees offer plenty of space, and we’ll be opening up doorways on either side to prevent bottlenecks. We’ve also ensured the stage is outside with no acts taking place inside the marquees, to provide more room.
70 vendors or so in total can be accommodated, allocated on a first come, first served basis so you better be FAST! This WILL sell out! Note, once the market bookings have reached 70 stalls, it will close with no further room for others. Your pitch ticket will be emailed to you automatically immediately after booking.
