Police are appealing for witnesses to a particularly unpleasant incident which occurred next to the David Livingstone Centre, Blantyre.
At 7.45am on Wednesday 11th November a male exposed himself to a passing member of the public. The male suspect is described a being 6 foot tall, slim build, dark hair and wearing glasses. The same male was spotted again later in the area.
