Civil engineering company Story Contracting has opened a new Scottish head office in Blantyre.
This follows a period of significant growth in their operations and workforce. A family owned business, they employ 230 people all over Scotland.
John MacArthur, managing director of Story Scotland, said: “I’m delighted with how my Story Scotland team has grown from its humble beginnings of just six employees in 2014 to where we are today.
“With our growing team and pipeline of projects, the time is right to open a new head office facility in Blantyre. This is an exciting time to be a part of Story Scotland with our expanding footprint and growing bank of work in the rail and civils sectors across the country.”
