A local family has raised £380 in aid of the Beatson at the recent funeral of family member Ann Fleming.
The sum was kindly raised by family and friends of Ann.
Ann’s daughter Tracy Little told us, ” I Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who kindly donated to the Beatson Cancer charity box at our Mum’s funeral. We have managed to raise a total of £380 which we took in last week. I got a lovely letter back from the Beatson thanking us for the donation. Mum would have been delighted with it!”
It will give the family great comfort to know that those funds will be used to support other families going through challenging times.
