Last month we reported sighting of a green parakeet around Blantyre. Sadly, we have to report the body of one has been found yesterday, Tuesday 16th June 2020 at Priory Playing Fields, just outside Blantyre.
The resident who found it, has left it under the trees in the Car Park and has alerted the SPCA. Just to make the owner aware. Hope its not the bird that’s missing locally.
