It’s Bonus weekend on the Beat the Street Challenge! Beat the Street Hamilton and Blantyre’s Beat the Street challenge is now in its Go Active week.
So far, nearly 8,200 people have got involved and have together walked, cycled, wheeled and scooted 80,000 miles!
Now, in Blantyre and Hamilton, players can score bonus points over the weekend.
On Saturday and Sunday (10th & 11th of April) between 12pm-3pm Megan (pictured here with dog Dash) and Beattie the hedgehog will be hiding in areas of Hamilton and Blantyre!
There will be clues on Facebook, plus @BTSHamBlan on Twitter and Instagram social media channels throughout the day to direct people to Megan’s location.
She said: “ Once I have been found, the group who found me first will be awarded 100 points and the Beat Box closest to be will be worth double points for the hour! I will then move to a new location and do this three times on Saturday and three times on Sunday, so there will be six opportunities for me to be found and 100 points to be given to the quickest group to find me!”
