Follow up on Yesterday’s story. We’re pleased to report local lad, Jacob Naismith came out on top in today’s final of the Three Nations Boxing Tournament!
He had already beaten the English First yesterday in the semi final.
Jacob, pictured in red, won his fight today, Sunday 19th June 2022 against the Welsh First, taking himself and Scotland to the very top! All of Blantyre is very proud! Congratulations to not only Jacob, but to the coaches and recognising the incredible support of his family and friends.
This is a lad we’re all going to see much more of!
