A huge well done to local lad, Rhys McRae who has become the new Scottish novice 60kg champion. Picking up a gold and first on the podium last weekend, Rhys trains at Blantyre Miners Amateur Boxing Club.
A spokesperson for the club added, “Proud of this kid. Well done, enjoy the win!” All of Rhys family and friendly are rightly also proud. Congratulations to Rhys and his coaches too of course!
