We don’t seem to publish enough of the excellent things, talented youngsters are doing at Blantyre’s Schools, something we’ll hopefully remedy this year.
Like this for example, this……where we were very impressed by the Calderside Academy S4 students who recently made a Honeyed chicken with rice and veg to practise their culinary skills. Lovely results from Kia, Brooke and Ellie. Well done! You made the news and this looks delicious!
