Looks like someone has been fly-tipping garden waste down the bottom of Thornhill Avenue (the Dandy). The mess is just about 50 yards up from Farm Road on right hand side.
Residents who have been out walking their dog, complained of the mess and have reported it to the council. It’s a shame this pile of rubbish and waste has been discarded in this manner , all on a day when community litter pickers have been out tidying up Blantyre.
